Are We (humans) Really Fucking This Up?!? (July 26, 2017)
Even if you believe in creation, doesn’t the
planet, (virtually every life form), still currently operate on chance? Each tree, plant and grass all release
millions of seeds and billions of pollens over their lifetime resting their
regeneration on the chance of reproducing and or spreading. Animals and insects do the same – every day
all over the planet. Even with humans,
women produce hundreds of eggs and men produce billions of sperm, all for the
chance of reproduction. It’s the same
everywhere to varying degrees. Almost
all life on the planet Earth operates under some variation of chance.
Ok…now here is where my thought process get a little “out there”...but stay with me.
Were we once more connected to, and able to even communicate with animals, flora and fauna and did we just evolve out of that connection?
Could we still communicate, but we’ve just forgotten or built walls so as to not be re4ceptive to that communication?
Are we the only ones that changed?
Can and do other life forms still communicate and do they without us?
Ok…now here is where my thought process get a little “out there”...but stay with me.
Let’s add a little genetics and DNA into this thought
process. We share 99% of our DNA with
Chimpanzees, 97% with other apes, 93% with mice, and 50% with a simple
banana. Think about that for a
second. Then consider that many of those
genetic connections that we share are actually deactivated or not in use.
Thinking about general life (encompassing plants, animals,
humans) and the reproduction processes around us. If there is a certain level of mathematical chance
to life’s reproduction and we as humans share DNA with other living things I
have to wonder if we aren't "cross-pollenated" more than we realize. Even more, I wonder if we are just too simple-minded, wrapped up in greed and other weak human tendencies to see the grand picture, and to realize what we are missing and or sacrificing without even knowing. Are we failing ourselves?

I can't help but think about we continue to learn about the animal kingdom. Dolphins, orcas, elephants - from the smallest to the largest creature...there are so many other animals that we know so little about. We learn more and more that we are ignorant in the assumptions we humans make. And I wonder, are we really the most advanced or are we just the most quickly advancing our demise?
But back to humankind...Think about children for a moment. Children are born
with a natural ability or instinct to see things that we seem to grow out of or
regress away from. What a disservice we are doing ourselves.
I wonder how much we hinder our growth and hold ourselves back from actually being great. Think about the increase of children with what we
label as disabilities such as autism.
However, is it a disability? Or is it perhaps an evolution to a greater
use of our brains and we are simply labeling something that we don’t
understand?
And what about anxiety...We’ve seen an increase in anxiety in all stages of life. We call it an over stimulation – but what if
it is an evolution of being more in tune with our minds and sensory connections?
